Dubbo Private Hospital welcomes Visiting Medical Officers and Allied Health Professionals to apply for accreditation to our facility. As part of the application process, you will be invited to upload the following documentation along with your application form into e-mercury(please note if the requested information is not provided your application cannot progress):
- Current Curriculum Vitae
- Copy of current AHPRA Registration
- Contact details for referees
- Working With Children Check and Police Check
- Copy of current Professional Indemnity Insurance certificate of currency showing:
- Period of insurance
- Amount of cover
- Category of insurance (Please note we do not accept copies of tax invoices, renewal notices or receipt).
- Copy of Radiation Licence (this is legally required if you intend to operate x-ray equipment)
Application review process
Once all information is complete and your referees have provided a written reference, supported applications are considered by the hospital's Medical Advisory Credentialing Committee. Applicants will then be notified in writing.
Please note: As the credentialing process can take some time to complete, as much notice as possible is requested when applying.
